An armored rider quickly approaches, a representative from the Land of Mist with teal and deep blue regalia. Only a few days have passed since you defeated Urmek, your army getting its well-deserved respite. What does the Land of Mist need now?
"My Lord, congratulations on your most aspiring victory. Unfortunately I bear grave news..." the elven emissary takes a moment to regain his breath, having ridden for days "... we are assailed by a massive flying behemoth. Our legions crumble at its advances.. our cities are now vulnerable. I understand you have suffered grave losses but if anyone can destroy this flying monstrosity it would be you. The elves have named it Vorak, Devourer of Skies. Our griffin riders are torn asunder, sent crashing to their deaths. We beg you, save us once again!"
You see despair wash over your forces. You cannot push them again. You rally your commanders and tell them to go home. You agree to travel with the emissary, passing through the Land of Earth and onwards to the Land of Mist with only a small cadre of trusted generals.
Cassandra Cassandra appears before you in ethereal form! "Oh my dear.. why do you insist on hunting such magnificent creations? Do you not agree the power of the gods should be shared by all? Let chaos reign!"
The Floating City The elven emissary escorts you to the floating city of Elyreal where the remaining armies of elven griffin-riding soldiers have gathered, and prepare for one last desperate assault on Vorak.
Griffin Legions You stand before the last Griffin Legion, and gather details about the beast known as Vorak. A mighty winged serpent or perhaps dragon! You will need strong earthen magic and aerial units.
Devourer of the Skies There! Your scouts swarm back in terror as the mighty Vorak bellows out a great roar, sending wind elementals soaring into your formations. Your aerial army breaks off into squadrons and soars into combat, lances held firm!
150,000,000 - 215,000,000
The presence of surface dwellers is an insult for me! I will make you pay for your insolence!
